Hi I’m Bethan, the owner of Gleam N Sheen Cleaning. Before founding Gleam N Sheen, I previously had one years experience within the cleaning industry however, I wanted to be able to provide people with high quality cleans whilst being in control of my schedule which works around my fiancés non traditional work schedule and, not being rushed to finish cleans within a specific time frame. This is when I founded Gleam N Sheen in September 2024. This small business has truly changed my life and my mental health and I want to thank my amazing customers for sticking by us and being so supportive and generous; it truly means and world and would not be where I am without you all!

Some things I love drawing, designing and always learning something new. Whilst being the owner of Gleam N Sheen Cleaning, I am also the person who runs our social media, emails and messages, enquiries and viewings of properties, the main part of all, being the cleaner. I have qualifications and certificates in cleaning and running a cleaning business as-well as being DBS checked and fully insured. This is to give people peace of mind, know that their property is protected and that someone trusted, qualified and knowledgeable is cleaning your property.
We pride ourselves on providing our customers a high quality service, as well as being someone you can trust and are committed to ensuring our customers have a great experience with us ​so if you unfortunately don’t, we have a quality guarantee for up to 24 hrs after your cleaning slot in which we will come back to the property as soon as possible and fix the issue without any added fee’s or costs.

After our walk through of the property, you are provided with a bespoke quote, sent my DBS check certificate, insurance policy, and our terms and conditions.
